I travel through airports every month and I like most of you are completely confused by the way TSA staffs their security areas. There are times where there is one person with one scanner working and a line with a hundred people in it, and other times when there are thirty people working and four people in line.

The airlines in every airport across the country have all the daily numbers of their expected travelers and approximately when these passengers will be passing through their security lines. Why can’t the TSA poll this information from airlines in a specific airport and staff accordingly throughout the day to prevent congestion. It all seems too easy, I know…. but what a wonderful world it would be if these folks could just apply some common sense.
